Leasing a House in London

Once you've overstayed your welcome at your friend's house or are sick of hostel life, you'll probably want to find something a little more permanent. Leasing a house is an option if there are a group of you who are all employed, will be in London for at least 6 months and are willing to take on the responsibility. There are loads of companies to help you find a house to lease, one of the ones I had a good experience with is called Ludlow Thompson. We were thinking of getting a new house and were dealing with them. We didn't end up moving in the end so I'm really not sure how the whole process works. They were really nice there though, and many of the staff seemed to be fellow travellers who were laid back and could relate to our needs.
